Every package holds 20 hand-dipped charcoal incense sticks with a burn time of over an hour each. The charcoal incense soaks in our phthalate-free fragrance oil for 48 hours and then cures in the Texas sun.

We use USPS priority shipping that usually takes 1-3 days to arrive once your order has shipped. Fulfillment of your order may take up to a week with orders shipping out once a week. During holidays, fulfillment and shipping occurs multiple times a week and thus tends to arrive faster. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be emailed an update with your tracking number. If there are any delays or issues fulfilling your order, we will email you with more information using the email address you used to place the order. Email for international shipping.
Yes! If you’re not happy with your order, please send us an email. If there’s an issue we can fix, we’ll do it! If you’d prefer your money back, we can also process a refund. If you would like to send your order back to us to exchange for a different item, we can also arrange that. Just reach out to us with an issues you may have.
No, we do not currently offer any samples. Local customers can sample scents when we sell at markets and events. We hope to offer samples one day in the future, but in the meantime, we hope that descriptions and reviews can help you make decisions.
It happens! Luckily, we insure every package that we ship. If your candle arrives broken, simply contact us with a photo of the damage. We can submit an insurance claim with the postal service and then send you a new order to replace anything that broke during shipping.
